When you refer to a journal, most likely your first thought that goes to a written day to day story of the author. A timeline of any one person's emotions and perspectives. It's their life written to remember and grow from that is usually a private holding. As a painter my catalogue is not so private for a good reason. I was given the ability to translate what I see into my own impressions with paint. The landscape best describes me and the purpose I feel in these places. This is a sample of my journal.
